Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Smartphone Accessories Store (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

The order came to the city of tula very quickly-10 days from the moment of order. I ordered with a tripod from this store. The lens itself is inserted into the foam rubber, and behind it there is a microfiber cloth for the care of optics. Collected all qualitatively, burr or any damage does not have. It really has a big converging power, but I can't make good photos with both parts screwed on, because all the light from outside is blocked by the cap. I assumed it's another screwed part, but I can't disassemble it. Photos are good, but as I said - the cap bothers me a little.

Excellent lens. Took it and a APL-0.45WM (set with width). At first i thought why i need two glasses with the same approximation, and then i realized that these two glasses complement each other, and do not duplicate :) this lens with a 12x lens is able to focus at the farthest distance from the object about 2 cm, at 24x even closer. This lens is suitable for shooting very small objects close-up, you can even consider microscopic pests, atl, i.e. Use as a microscope. The third photo is made on 12 x, the size of the flower is 1,5 cm. There is a cool box to take lenses with you. The other macro lens, which from the kit with width, perfectly focuses at a distance of 5-6 cm from the object, it has more grip, this lens allows you to take full pictures of flowers, large insects, such as bees, berries. The lens itself is large enough, heavy. Comparison of the configuration and photo bark of a tree on a macro lens in the photo!
